Standard orders require an estimated processing time of 1 to 3 business days, followed by an estimated transit delivery time of 6 to 9 business days within the contiguous United States. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate physical delivery address during checkout. Htoefl is not liable for delayed deliveries caused by severe weather events, carrier operational disruptions, or erroneous shipping details provided by the customer.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible unused, unwashed drinkware in its original packaging may be returned within 30 calendar days of physical delivery. Due to sanitary and public health standards, drinkware items that have been filled, used, or washed cannot be returned. We charge zero restocking fees ($0.00). Approved returns are inspected within 1 to 3 business days of delivery at our facility.
Customer Account Responsibilities
